New addition PET-CT installation has commenced

The PET-CT project is one significant step closer to completion. Sunday, 15^th September 2019 marked the commencement of the installation of the PET-CT Siemens Biograph mCT 64 flow. The scheduled completion of this ambitious project has been set for Friday, 25^th October 2019.

The PET-CT will be Africa’s first research dedicated scanner servicing the research community which focuses on Africa’s burden of diseases.
